2-Early Summer Application (Mid-May-Early July)

3- Summer Application (Early July-Late August)

Apply a slow-release balanced fertilizer and spot-treat weeds.

Lawn Aeration:

Compacted soil & thatch can prevent air, water, and nutrient flow from the lawn. The aeration will break through and allow new growth as well as increase the air, water, and nutrient movement.

Dethatching:

Thatch can suffocate the lawn and deprive it of its essential nutrients. Dethatching will break through the thick layer of thatch and allow the lawn to breathe again, once thatch is removed.

Insecticides:

Insects can eat away at the grass/roots and cause dead areas in the lawn. We offer mosquito, grub control & sod web treatments.

Seeding:

There can be areas in the lawn that are dead or thinner that can benefit from seeding. Seeding will help to make the grass fuller and greener again. We also offer slit seeding and overseeding.
